Were looking for someone who can walk into a homeowners house, gain trust faster than their dog barking at you, and help families upgrade their HVAC system without making it weird.
This is NOT a cold-calling job!!
This is NOT a sit in a cubicle and read scripts job!!
This IS:
- Meeting homeowners face-to-face
- Building rapport
- Helping people make big comfort decisions

- Closing deals
- Handing projects off smoothly so installers dont show up wondering what planet theyre on
Basically youre the hero standing between a family and another summer sleeping next to box fans from 1997.
What Youll Do
- Meet with homeowners who already requested appointments.
- Inspect comfort issues and recommend HVAC solutions.
- Explain equipment options in normal human language.
- Help customers navigate financing without making them feel like theyre applying for a mortgage on a yacht.
- Close deals professionally and confidently.
- Create a smooth handoff from sales to install.
- Occasionally hear:
- We just need something cheap.
and somehow turn that into:
You know what? Lets get the variable-speed system.
Youd Be Great If You:
- Can build trust quickly.
- Know how to read a room.
- Have sales experience (HVAC preferred, but well train closers from other industries).
- Dont panic during awkward husband-wife thermostat disagreements.
- Can explain financing without sounding like a timeshare salesman.
- Understand that confidence and likability matter.
- Can survive conversations that begin with:
