Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise the production of events at the Ryman Auditorium. Serves as company representative working with clients, artists and partners prior to, during and following events, ensuring excellent service and positive guest impressions. Professionally and efficiently communicates with both internal teams (Managers & STARS from the Ryman as well as other areas of the company) and external parties (clients, partners, artists, artist representatives, vendors, etc). This will include face‑to‑face communication, communication via telephone and written communication via email, event resumes, etc. Works with Technical Services & Operations Teams to coordinate pre‑production and advance show details including conducting site visits; setting daily schedules; determining labor needs and making labor calls; negotiating favorable deals with vendors when rental equipment or outside services are needed; providing financial estimates and ensuring that events will remain on budget. Manages events on day‑of‑show via communication with appropriate internal and external parties during load in, rehearsals, performances and load out. Make and communicate show adjustments when needed. (Function as show "Quarterback.") Coordinates load in, set up, strike and load out of all set pieces and technical equipment. Manages daily schedules and work to ensure that artist and bands are in the right place at the right time. Creates technical department settlements for each show, ensuring that all expenses are included for billing and that all appropriate sign‑offs are obtained in a timely manner. Maintains clean and orderly stage and production areas at all time. Serves as quality control "watchdog". Ensures proper safety at all times. Performs other duties as assigned.
