We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! We are a proud vendor for Verizon Wireless products and services. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. You will use your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills to create the very best in-store experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with technology to help simplify their lives.
• Create personal relationships to make tech look easy.
• Generate sales by using cutting edge technology
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
• Help customers enjoy their new purchases.
• Opening and Closing duties for the store.
• Excel in a team based compensation environment.

​ Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• One or more years of work experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work additional shifts, if necessary, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
