Location: Waco, TX
Pay: $14.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (some Fridays as needed)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Order Picker to join our team in Waco, TX. This position is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment. The role involves retrieving items from warehouse shelves, sorting and staging materials, and ensuring order accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve materials and products from warehouse shelving
• Climb ladders and access storage areas to pick orders
• Sort and organize items by order specifications and color
• Accurately count and verify products before shipment
• Use an iPad scanner or inventory tracking system to process orders
• Stage and prepare materials for shipping and distribution
• Lift and carry items weighing over 25 lbs, with some items up to 200 lbs (with proper assistance or equipment)
• Maintain productivity and order accuracy
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders and reach shelving
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (25-200 lbs with assistance as needed)
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Manual dexterity to use scanning and inventory devices

Qualifications:

• Warehouse or order-picking experience preferred but not required
• Ability to count and sort materials accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
• Dependable with strong teamwork skills
