We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team in a fast-paced frozen food warehouse environment. The primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and stage frozen food items for outbound shipments while working in sub-zero temperatures. Ideal candidates must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and assemble orders for shipment using handheld scanners or voice picking systems
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required
• Verify product codes, quantities, and quality according to pick lists
• Ensure accurate labeling and staging of outbound orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in freezer areas
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and freezer gear protocols (PPE provided)
• Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
• Work in freezer temperatures (typically -10°F to -20°F / -23°C to -29°C) for extended periods
• Assist in restocking and rotating inventory as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or freezer work experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods
• Willingness to work in extreme cold and wear appropriate protective gear
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be dependable and punctual

Work Schedule:

• Day shift, Monday - Friday
• Weekend or holiday work may be required during peak seasons
