Dental Treatment Coordinator
Job Description Treatment Presentation: Create and explain comprehensive treatment plans, addressing patient concerns and answering clinical or financial questions.
Patient Advocacy: Help patients maximize their insurance benefits and advocate on their behalf throughout the claims process.
Financial Coordination: Manage payment options (including CareCredit and Lending Club), establish payment plans, and oversee office financial policies.
Insurance Management: Submit dental insurance claims, post payments, and handle pre-determinations.
Revenue Cycle Management: Follow up on outstanding claims, manage accounts receivable, and track outstanding balances in a timely manner.
Front Office Support: Assist with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing patient check-in/check-out to facilitate efficient office flow.
part-time $38,100 - $48,800 per year

Tuesday through Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday and Monday: Closed
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office environment.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental terminology, ADA coding, dental insurance processes, and treatment plan development.
Technical Proficiency: Must be highly computer literate with the ability to learn new office software (Oryx) quickly.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build trust with a diverse patient base.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Professionalism: High standards of integrity, a strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality.
Advanced Coordination: Proven track record in debt collection and managing complex insurance appeals.
