We are seeking detail-oriented Cell Phone Repair Technicians to inspect, repair, and restore the cosmetic appearance of mobile devices. This position focuses on improving the physical condition of smartphones to ensure they meet quality standards before being returned to customers or resold.

Responsibilities

• Inspect phones for cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and cracked housings.
• Replace phone housings, back glass, camera lenses, buttons, and other cosmetic components.
• Clean and polish devices to meet company quality standards.
• Test devices after repairs to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow repair procedures and quality control guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to use small hand tools and precision equipment.
• Comfortable handling delicate electronic devices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
