This role will translate user research insights into polished, interactive design prototypes and UI specifications. The ideal candidate excels at both visual design and rapid prototyping in a fast-paced agile environment.JD Responsibilities:- Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes in collaboration with business stakeholders.- Collaborate with UX researchers to incorporate user insights into design iterations.- Participate in design critiques, sprint reviews, and stakeholder walkthroughs.- Ensure design consistency across all screens and interaction states.- Facilitate user testing.JD Required Skills:- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a Strong prototyping portfolio.- Expert Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for both design and interactive prototyping.- Solid understanding of component-based design and design system principles.- Familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts to Support design-to-development handoff.- Strong collaboration skills in an agile, cross-functional team setting.JD Preferred Skills- Experience in insurance, financial services, or distribution platform design.- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design.- Experience with motion design or micro-interaction prototyping.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
