We’re looking for a UI/UX/Digital/Web Designer who can step in and make things great immediately. What you’ll do: Design digital experiences across web, product, and brand ecosystems for enterprise and mid‑market clients Translate brand strategy into polished, functional UI/UX — not just pretty screens, but systems that work Collaborate with creative leadership, developers, and project management to deliver work on time and on point Contribute to pitch decks, client presentations, and new business efforts with design that sells Move fluidly between projects – some days it’s a full site build, some days it’s a landing page that needs to ship yesterday You’re a fit if you: Have 3+ years designing digital/web/UI/UX in an agency, studio, or creative services environment Own Figma like it’s a second language Understand that great design serves strategy — not the other way around Are fast, organized, and don’t need hand‑holding Front‑end development skills (you don’t have to code, but knowing what’s possible helps) Experience in SaaS, sports, entertainment, or consumer brand verticals Being a genuinely cool human to work around Understanding why dogs are the best and enjoy being around them Local to Tulsa and in‑person is ideal.
