Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit
Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
Ability to float within the facility as needed
Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility location

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with electronic health record (EHR) charting systems, though training will be provided
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced labor and delivery environment
