Travel HC Recruiter Job Locations US-PA-Wayne ID 2026-2882 Category Recruiter Position Type Regular Full-Time Overview The Judge Group is seeking a driven and experienced Travel Healthcare Recruiter to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier travel nurses and allied health professionals in temporary assignments across the country. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role that allows you to make a direct impact on patient care by connecting skilled clinicians with healthcare facilities in need. What Judge Will Provide You: Industry-leading training and support in travel healthcare staffing Access to national client contracts and exclusive travel assignments Opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing, most respected staffing firms in the industry Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment Performance-based culture with clear paths for growth into mentorship, management, or client-facing roles Additional Benefits: Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses Monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive programs, including promotional trips Cell phone reimbursement and "flex hours" for top performers Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Responsibilities Responsibilities: Source and recruit qualified travel RNs, LPNs, and allied health professionals using job boards, social media, ATS platforms, and referral networks Engage with healthcare-specific job boards to identify top travel talent Build and maintain strong relationships with travel clinicians to ensure a consistent and reliable talent pipeline Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and alignment with client needs Negotiate pay packages, travel stipends, and assignment details with candidates Partner with account managers and clients to understand assignment requirements and ensure successful placements Collaborate with compliance and credentialing teams to ensure timely onboarding and credential verification Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure all documentation is up to date Qualifications Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in travel healthcare staffing Proven success placing travel nurses and/or allied health professionals in temporary assignments Ability to manage multiple job orders and deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance for travel roles is a plus
