Job Description

Salary: $73,000 - 113,000 per year Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL.
  • Basic understanding of back-end technologies, version control (git), and CI/CD methodologies.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, along with experience in data query and manipulation (DML) concepts, and fundamental software testing principles.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, along with a capacity for teamwork.
  • Experience in software QA and testing, including unit tests, integration tests, and test automation is a plus.
  • Hands-on knowledge of modern back-end frameworks like Spring Boot, Node.js, or Flask is desirable.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their cloud-native services for analytics, data storage, or system monitoring is valuable.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies such as model integration, ML APIs, or ML toolkits like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or Amazon SageMaker is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile development settings.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in the design, execution, and documentation of internal platform services and APIs enhancing AI integrations and developer tools.
  • Aid in constructing and refining pipelines and tools that facilitate AI model integration, assessment, and deployment within the platform.
  • Perform unit and integration testing, support code quality initiatives, and assist in maintaining comprehensible and sustainable codebases.
  • Engage in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and prepare detailed onboarding materials for new team members.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot AI integration workflows to ensure reliability, visibility, and performance.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and iteratively roll out features.
  • Learn and implement secure coding practices, version control, and CI/CD protocols as part of daily development activities.
  • Participate in enhancing developer experience through templates, examples, and self-service tooling.
  • Assist QA and testing initiatives by contributing both automated and manual test cases as necessary.
