Description: Service Greeter We’re hiring a Service Greeter to be the first point of contact for our automotive service customers. Schedule: Week 1: Monday–Friday Week 2: Tuesday–Saturday Start Date : ASAP (Immediate Need) Requirements: Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome service customers at their vehicle Begin the service check-in process using a company-provided iPad Escort customers to their assigned Service Advisor Assist with vehicle check-in, including taking multiple vehicle photos Park service vehicles safely and efficiently on the lot Deliver keys to technicians and service staff Provide a professional, friendly first impression of the dealership Follow dealership safety procedures and service lane processes Required Qualifications Valid driver’s license Ability to safely drive and park customer vehicles Strong customer service and communication skills Dependability and attention to detail Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Previous customer service or automotive experience (preferred) Familiarity with dealership or service department operations(preferred) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities within Fixed Operations Ongoing training and support Employee discounts on vehicle service and purchases Apply Today!
