At Lamers Bus Lines, we don't offer new hire bonuses and that's intentional. Instead of flashy sign-on incentives designed to get people in the door, we believe in showing every single one of our drivers that they are valued every month, every year, for as long as they're part of our team. Some companies will dangle large bonuses with complicated requirements that are difficult to achieve, leaving drivers with little to show for their efforts once the new hire period ends.
