Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Roofing Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our team. This is an outside sales role that combines door-to-door lead generation, relationship building, and full project management. You’ll guide homeowners through the entire roofing process — from the initial inspection, through the insurance claim process, to project completion and final walkthrough.

Responsibilities:

• Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate leads and set appointments

• Perform roof inspections and document damage for insurance claims

• Educate homeowners on their roofing options and the insurance claim process

• Meet with insurance adjusters and represent the homeowner’s best interests

• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and timelines

• Oversee each project from approval to final completion

• Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and the homeowner for smooth execution

• Ensure quality control, handle any concerns, and complete final walkthroughs

• Maintain ongoing client relationships to generate referrals

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, or insurance a plus)

• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Basic knowledge of construction or roofing helpful, but not required

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Must be comfortable with door-to-door canvassing

Work Environment:
