Position Summary

As a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) , you will provide high-quality nursing care on an as-needed basis, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to physicians and care team
• Support and guide CNAs and LPNs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
• Current CPR certification required
• Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
