What You'll Do

• Manage your own pipeline: internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic
• Work customers through the entire sales processno handoffs
• Desk deals, structure numbers, and assist in presenting financing options
• Handle paperwork and digital deal flow with accuracy and efficiency
• Deliver vehicles and ensure a seamless customer experience

What You Bring

• Previous automotive sales experience is required
• Strong computer proficiency (CRM tools, deal structuring, digital paperwork)
• Highly self-motivatedyou don't need to be micromanaged
• Confidence working deals independently and closing
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
• Valid driver's license and schedule flexibility

Essential Job Functions:

• Must have a valid drivers license and meet company motor vehicle report standards
• High school education or equivalent
• 1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, restaurant, food service or similar industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Tablet/PC/Smartphone proficiency
• Meeting new customers and working to build a long term relationship
• Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees, and assisting customers
• Must have the flexibility of schedule to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
