Southeast Elevator Inc is seeking a Residential Elevator Mechanic to install, modernize, and maintain smart residential elevator systems integrated with our software platforms. In this role, you’ll perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, field wiring, and configuration of IoT-connected controllers and sensors. You’ll use diagnostic software and mobile tools to log issues, update firmware, and sync data with our cloud systems. Working closely with our software and support teams, you’ll help refine remote monitoring features and ensure safe, reliable, code-compliant operation for homeowners across our service area.
