Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Replen- Order Picker for our client. This role is responsible for restocking inventory from reserve locations to primary pick locations using an order picker (cherry picker). This role requires strong equipment experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Operate an order picker (cherry picker) to replenish inventory to designated pick locations.
• Transport materials from bulk storage to forward pick areas accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory movements.
• Verify product, quantity, and location accuracy during replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively restock to prevent shortages.
• Follow all safety procedures when working at heights and operating equipment.
• Inspect equipment before use and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• Cherry picker (order picker) experience required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners or WMS systems preferred
• Ability to work at heights comfortably
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Warehouse environment with high racking systems
• Work performed at elevated heights using order picker equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as needed
• Comfortable working at heights and in narrow aisles
• Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
