Job Description

SERPENTINI OF MEDINA is looking for a Receptionist / Administrative assistant to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering phones, greeting customers, and assisting in scheduling appointments. Basic daily reporting to department managers.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership phones


• Data entry for incoming vehicles


• Take and forward messages to appropriate departments


• Greet and receive customers


• Work cooperatively with all departments


• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner


• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents


• Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to handle cash transactions upwards of $20,000


• Ability to learn new computer systems


• A professional appearance


• Basic computer literacy 


• Discretion in handling personal information 


• Ability to multitask


• Ability to work with diverse personalities in a team environment 


• Strong problem solving skills
