We are seeking a talented Transaction Coordinator who can seamlessly guide our valued home buyers and sellers through the entire contract-to-close process. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of real estate transactions, while upholding our core values of integrity, growth mindset, financial freedom, and failure forward. This is a FULL-TIME position. Responsibilities Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly. Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner. Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs. Enter client information into the client database system and ensure compliance with file requirements by submitting appropriate documentation to the team lead. Set the right expectations with buyers and sellers prior to closing. This often takes multiple conversations post-contract signed and before the property can close. Qualifications Motivated by a genuine desire to serve people and deliver excellent customer service. Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages is a plus. High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience. Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly. High level of professionalism and efficiency. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 60+ WPM typing speed strongly preferred. Compensation $50,000 - $60,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
