We build relationships that last decades and produce referrals for life. About the Role: This is not a lead-generation role. This is not a path to building your own book from clients. This is a process role. You will be assigned to buyers sourced by Robert, added to a group text with Robert and his assistant, and trusted to represent the team at the highest level from first showing to close. You follow the system. You show up early. You communicate fast. You do it with excellence every time. We are happy to discuss the compensation structure during the interview process. On average, showing assistants on this team earn between $45,000 and $65,000 annually. The role offers flexible scheduling with an emphasis on achieving results and meeting client needs. Responsibilities: What You Will Do • Be assigned to buyers and added to a group text with Robert and his assistant • Monitor MLS auto searches set up by the assistant and flag properties worth showing • Schedule showings when buyers identify properties they want to see • Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to every appointment, every time • Show properties using RJC buyer scripts — have the client rate each property 1 to 10, and share the positives and negatives • Take detailed notes and send a showing summary to RJC after every showing • Complete the AVID (Agent Visual Inspection Disclosure) as required • Attend property inspections, final walk-throughs, repeat showings, and contractor appointments • Meet contractors at the property for estimates and inspections • Write and submit offers when needed • Attend all weekly team meetings via Zoom or in person • Provide your availability schedule every two weeks • Refer all personal listings to Robert Colello & Associates • Handle open house assignments when requested — turn in sign-in sheets same day, follow up on all leads within 24 hours • Always speak as 'we' or 'Robert asked me to' — never as an independent agent • No independent contact with clients after the sale without RJC approval • No coffee, lunches, or outings with clients without RJC approval • Do not add clients to any CRM, marketing program, or database Qualifications: Requirements • Active California Real Estate License (required) • Reliable transportation for showings throughout San Diego County • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable in a fast-moving team text environment with quick response expectations • Professional, warm, and client-focused in every interaction • Ability to manage your own schedule around buyer needs • DISC profile submission preferred — include with your application if you have one Who This Is For This is you if... • You are process-driven, consistent, and thrive in a support role • You show up early and take full ownership of your responsibilities • You communicate clearly and respond to the team without being chased • You love people and make buyers feel comfortable and cared for • You take feedback and improve — you do not get defensive • You want to learn how a top-producing referral business operates from the inside This is not for you if... • You want to build your own client base from this role • You need constant direction before taking action • You get overwhelmed and express it to the team • You take constructive feedback personally Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000
