Key Responsibilities: - Represent the Team: Lead clients through property tours with energy, professionalism, and genuine care.
- Maintain Momentum: Collaborate closely with lead buyer agents to schedule showings, unlock properties, and gather essential client feedback.
- Provide Outstanding Service: Deliver a personalized, five-star experience to every homebuyer from beginning to end.

Please note: A valid real estate license is required.
Responsibilities - Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

- Real estate license, or in progress (We offer a scholarship for real estate school so if you are not licensed yet, ask us about this opportunity)
