You run the operations of the brokerage. The agents focus on clients and closings. You focus on everything that makes those closings possible: leads, listings, vendors, systems, and the founder's time. From time to time you'll step in on a transaction when an agent needs backup or capacity, but transactions are not your day job. Ops is. Responsibilities Lead operations. Follow Up Boss is yours. Every new lead assigned within 15 minutes during business hours. Nurture sequences triggered correctly. Tags and stages clean. Weekly pipeline health report to the founder every Friday. This is the biggest lever for hitting our growth goals, and it's your primary responsibility. Listing launch coordination. From signed agreement to active in 7 business days. Photographer, stager, sign, lockbox, MLS input, marketing assets, feedback collection, weekly seller update emails. You don't list the home; you make sure the listing goes live clean and on time. Vendor and partner management. Photographers, stagers, inspectors, lenders, title, escrow, NHD. You manage the bench, the bookings, the pricing, and the issues. Client events. 3‑4 events per year, end‑to‑end. Venue, guest list, vendors, day‑of execution, follow‑up. Systems and SOPs. You maintain the operational backbone: SOPs current, files clean in Side, CRM hygiene, dashboards accurate. When something breaks, you fix the system, not just the symptom. Founder support. You protect the founder's time. Calendar, occasional errands, personal logistics so she stays on revenue‑generating work. This is part of the job, not a footnote. Transaction backup. When an agent is at capacity, on vacation, or in a deal that needs a second set of hands, you step in. This might mean covering a showing, running an inspection, or moving paperwork forward. It's not your primary lane, but it's part of the role. If a personal transaction is a direct relative (parent, sibling, child), then there will be a 100% split to the agent for up to one transaction a year. You will be able to work on transactions during typical business hours but will be expected to maintain regular business operations as required. If you exceed two transactions in one calendar year, each additional transaction will be paid out at a 50% split. Our goal is to work with an Operations Assistant who is not looking to generate personal transactions. Our structure is designed to make it beneficial for our Operations Assistant to work with one or two clients a year as they come in and to make the split higher for those transactions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
