Property Accountant Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee and Georgia. To help build on this success, we at Weinstein Properties are looking to add a qualified Property Accountant to our team. After training period this is a hybrid role - in office 2 days per week and remote 3 days per week (can go in to the office additional days if you want). Responsibilities: Reconciliation of Inventory Review expenses on monthly financial statement for accuracy for assigned properties Assist with other tasks in accounting department or special projects as needed Qualifications: · 2 or 4 year accounting degree · Ability to prioritize and multitask - Excellent communication skills · Excellent computer skills, proficient in excel · Strong organizational skills · Deadline and detail-oriented Weinstein Properties offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a 401k.
