The Production Technician has key responsibilities supporting manufacturing operations either in the manufacturing, packaging, and/or product labeling areas. You will set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used to produce the company's product. You will work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions are given by the supervisor to perform production tasks. You will check and inspect operations against predetermined tolerances. You will provide support to an area, person, or program. You will interface with internal customers and perform semi-routine support duties of a specialized nature within an assigned area.
You will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis is $36,300.00 - $67,500.00 USD. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
