Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and order-related inquiries. Accurately log interactions and ensure follow-up is timely and effective. Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times. Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Qualifications Fluency in Polish and good command of English (spoken and written). Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with technology and remote tools. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
