Who Were Looking For
We are seeking a mature, dependable professional who takes pride in their work and understands that in a small, growing practice, every team member matters.
Experience is strongly preferred (oral surgery experience ideal), but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, composure under pressure, and a true team-first attitude.
This is not a temporary or entry-level role. We are building a long-term team of individuals who represent the practice with confidence, integrity, and care. Most of our staff have been with the practice between 5 and 25 years.

Position Overview

• Deliver a polished, concierge-level patient experience
• Assist surgeon during procedures (extractions, implants, IV sedation support)
• Maintain sterile technique and operatory readiness
• Monitor vitals and assist with post-operative care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience preferred; oral surgery experience strongly preferred
• Sedation experience a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional presence and attention to detail
• Calm, solutions-oriented mindset
• Team-oriented and dependable
