Nurse Tech Program – Spokane Region The candidate will have a paid position, at the time of hire. Candidate will earn a wage while working as a Nurse Tech in our program designed to support and accelerate the skills that are learned in nursing school. MultiCare will provide career planning and opportunities to experience various work settings each term via rotations in different areas of the hospital, based upon interest and unit availability, to assist the Nurse Tech in identifying their ideal work environment. Additionally, MultiCare will supply educational opportunities to advance their career path. Upon graduation, candidate will apply to MultiCare RN Transition to Practice Residency program to transition from student to a professional nurse. Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $20.00 - $20.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
