Night Guest Service Agent- Part-Time Weekdays $17-$18/hour Job Category : Front Office Requisition Number : NIGHT060703 Posted : May 19, 2026 Schedule : Part-Time Type : On-site Location Chandler, AZ 85286, USA Description Concord Hospitality is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Night Auditor to provide excellent guest service during the late shift. You’ll handle front desk operations, monitor hotel activity, and ensure smooth night-time business processes while maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities Complete all laundry responsibilities, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain a clean and organized laundry area. Process credit card transactions. Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries. Perform check-in and check-out procedures. Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions. Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed. Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently. Professional and customer-service oriented.
