Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a Mechanical Engineer in Niskayuna, NY. A DOE L Clearance (or DOD equivalent) is required to be considered for this position.

The candidate will work within a project team environment to support construction projects at the Knolls Site. Develop and define project scope with sponsors. Work with a project team to develop specifications, cost estimates, drawing reviews, and provide engineering support during construction phase for buildings and utility projects. Oversee architectural engineering firms in developing concept designs, construction documents, and cost estimates. Coordinate and interact with facility staff and contractors.
