What You Will Do

As a Massage Therapist at SeaHill Spa, you will help guests escape the everyday through exceptional treatments, genuine hospitality. Responsibilities include:

• Deliver customized massage services using a variety of techniques, including Swedish, aromatherapy, sports massage, reflexology.
• Perform luxurious body treatments, including herbal wraps, body scrubs, hydrotherapy services.
• Consult with guests to understand their wellness goals. Tailor treatments to their individual needs.
• Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, presentation.
• Create a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. Provide exceptional guest care throughout every service.
• Collaborate with the spa team to create memorable experiences exceeding guest expectations.
• Continue developing your skills, knowledge within the wellness, spa industry.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a licensed Massage Therapist is required.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or 4- to 5-star spa environment is preferred. Not required.
• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Current professional massage therapy license in good standing.
• CPR, First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, positive attitude.
• Genuine passion for wellness. Desire to help others feel their best.
• Desire to provide warm, attentive, personalized guest care.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, attentive in a busy spa environment.
