We are looking for hungry, driven Junior Mortgage Loan Officers who are ready to learn, work hard, and build a real career in sales. No mortgage license required. No college degree required. Key Responsibilities Receive hands‑on training in all aspects of the mortgage process Follow a clear path toward earning your full MLO license (if desired) Build relationships with new and existing customers Help generate new business opportunities Meet daily call requirements and work toward individual sales goals Qualifications Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable talking to people all day, clear and professional on the phone and in person.
