Position: Temp to Perm! $19-20/hr

Job Summary

The Jr Recruiting Coordinator drives applicant activity to support the team in achieving weekly interview goals. They conduct a high level of outreach to new applicants and/or sourced candidates to increase interview volume for the office and begin the initial steps in the Employment Selection Process via phone or in person. The Jr Recruiting Coordinator must possess the ability to type and have a conversation at the same time, and strong phone and interpersonal skills are essential.

Jr Recruiting Coordinator Job Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiting and leadership teams to support hiring strategies and achieve recruiting goals.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through phone calls, job boards, social media, and applicant databases.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, document applicant information, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a high level of candidate activity, including outbound recruiting calls and interview scheduling.
• Create a positive and professional experience for candidates, clients, and visitors through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate recruiting records.
• Assist with job postings, applicant follow-up, and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Prepare recruiting reports and track hiring activity and performance metrics.
• Support front office operations and provide coverage as needed while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.
• Stay informed on labor market trends and company services to effectively attract and engage talent.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as necessary and assigned.

Jr Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications

• **Spanish Speaker preferred but not required**
• Must be driven to learn, develop self-develop and be proactive while following management protocols.
• Must be able to work effectively under stress and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to type and have a phone conversation at the same time.
• Strong typing and data entry abilities.
• Strong technical skills and ability to learn various technological platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Desire to play a supporting role in a team environment.
• Consistently demonstrates high performance and goal achievement.
• Business acumen and ability to see the “big picture.”
