General Summary
This is an advanced strategic technical position within the organization. The IT Systems Administrator I is responsible for the design, building, testing, implementation, and maintaining various networks, servers, and IT systems. This includes both internal systems as well as customer-facing, on-prem and cloud / hosted environments. The primary responsibility of this position is ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of Windows and Linux based systems. The person in this role will also be providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests (escalations). Troubleshooting, critical thinking, problem solving, and meticulous documentation will be critical to the success of this position.
