About the Role:
Redondo Beach Grocery Outlet is looking for an energetic and experienced Grocery Manager to lead our store team and keep our shelves stocked, organized, and thriving. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll play a key part in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our community. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily grocery department operations including stocking, rotation, and merchandising
• Lead, schedule, and develop a team of grocery associates to meet store goals
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships
• Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO) and maintain department cleanliness and safety standards
• Analyze sales data and shrink reports to drive department performance and profitability
• Collaborate with store management on promotions, displays, and seasonal merchandising
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of grocery merchandising, inventory control, and product ordering
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
