Reporting to the Director of Development, the Grants Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting and scaling ANet's fundraising efforts. This role will strengthen the effectiveness and reach of the Development team by managing grant operations, supporting proposal development, and ensuring strong financial and data infrastructure across our portfolio.
The Grants Coordinator will support region-specific and national fundraising efforts, contribute to the development of high-quality proposals and assets, and help prepare ANet's systems to pursue more complex funding streams, including federal grants and awards with rigorous research and measurement requirements. This role will also play a key part in maintaining the integrity of Salesforce pipeline tracking and ensuring accurate alignment between fundraising and financial data.

The salary range for this position is between $53,040 - $80,620. New hires will start between the range minimum and midpoint $53,040 - $66,310.40 based on qualifications assessed during the hiring process, past experience, and internal equity.
