Dynamic Front Desk & Patient Experience Coordinator
Part time position M-Th, 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Grand Island, NY

Responsibilities & Duties

• Greet and engage every patient with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor-both in person and on the phone.

• Schedule all incoming patients and register them in the EMR system.

• Obtain initial authorizations from insurance companies and updated prescriptions.

• Accurately collect and record patient payments daily.

• Timely fax, scan, and follow up on documentation (referrals, Plans of Care, re-evaluations).

• Resolve scheduling conflicts in collaboration with therapists

• Route phone calls and messages efficiently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Medical Front Desk Experience Preferred
• Knowledge in Insurances Eligibility and Authorizations
• Knowledge with EMR systems

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour


Our company proudly operates a network comprising six outpatient physical therapy clinics, five school district contracts offering both occupational and physical therapy services, and four medically oriented gyms.
