Job Overview Executive Functioning Coach (Posting Number: 201104701) – Full Time student support role within the Student Support, Advising, and Career Development family. The position is a full‑time, 10‑month year role focused on supporting neurodivergent college students through executive functioning coaching, case management, seminars, and collaboration with disability services and graduate assistants. Responsibilities Maintain a caseload of up to 15 neurodivergent students and meet with them 1:1 on average twice per week to provide executive‑functioning training and academic coaching. Communicate with students’ faculty, campus support offices, and family as needed. Provide drop‑in executive‑functioning coaching on a rotating basis. Conduct weekly seminars, workshops on study skills, executive‑functioning strategies, and independent living skills. Collaborate with the Office of Disability Services to ensure students receive appropriate academic accommodations. Support and collaborate with graduate assistants who provide similar student support. Represent the On Your Marq Program at university admissions events, information sessions, conferences, and resource fairs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field (required). Minimum 1 year of experience providing case management or executive‑functioning support (required). Detail‑oriented, strong listening skills, and effective time‑management, problem‑solving, and information‑gathering abilities. Ability to function independently, think creatively, and demonstrate strong compassion and support for neurodiverse young adults and their families and friends. Master’s degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field (preferred). 1–2 years of experience working with neurodiverse adolescents and/or adults (preferred). Experience working with individuals who may become behaviorally dysregulated or have co‑occurring mental health concerns. Basic understanding of the college accommodation process.
