We’re hiring an experienced and reliable Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a global fintech company. This is a high‑impact, high‑trust role working directly with a renowned entrepreneur and operator in a fast‑paced, international environment. Requirements Minimum 5 years of executive assistant experience supporting C‑level executives. Available 7 days per week on an as‑needed basis, with flexibility based on CEO’s time zone (U.S. Eastern Time). Ability to manage multiple calendars across time zones and sync meetings across global teams. Skilled in booking international/domestic flights, hotels, and managing travel reward programs. Comfortable with note‑taking during calls, sending recaps, and following up on action items. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Must be proactive, discreet, and extremely reliable. Able to work 40+ hours per week, including weekend availability as needed. No criminal background (background check will be required). Additional Requirements Must submit a video introduction (1–2 minutes). Must complete a pre‑screening application prior to interview. Strong references from previous long‑term assistant roles preferred. Work directly with a high‑performing global CEO. Exposure to global business operations, fintech, and venture ecosystems.
