To support MyChart self-scheduling and referral workflows, the fully remote contract Analyst will serve as the primary analyst for initiatives, focusing on workflow design and collaboration across Epic applications. Key responsibilities Support MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including direct and open scheduling Manage referral and authorization workflows, including workqueues and complex rule builds Collaborate effectively with Cadence, Ambulatory, and other integrated Epic applications Required qualifications Epic Referral & Authorization Certification (required) Epic MyChart Certification (required) Experience with Epic Ambulatory Orders workflows (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in workflow design and collaboration across integrated systems
