In this role, you will work directly with business owners, employees, and families to educate them on financial protection solutions that help safeguard their income and future.

Duties

• Learn and apply foundational financial services and sales strategies
• Meet with business owners and employees to discuss financial protection options
• Conduct one-on-one and group benefit presentations
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Generate new opportunities through outreach and referrals
• Use CRM software (such as Salesforce) to track client interactions and follow-ups
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development meetings
• Stay informed on product knowledge, compliance standards, and industry updates
• Provide attentive customer service and policy support

Experience

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is helpful but not required
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a local territory
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
