As a Client Services Associate, you will communicate with individuals who are exploring health insurance options and life benefits, answer questions, guide them through next steps, and maintain organized follow-up. The workflow is structured, repeatable, and becomes easier as you gain experience.
You will have access to 35 to 55 fresh, real-time leads daily through our proprietary CRM at no cost, allowing you to focus on communication, consistency, and relationship-building.
