This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Domestic DIB, MRTFB Direct Hire Authority. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. This position is open to the public. U.S. Citizens are eligible to apply as this position is for the Department of the Navy.
You will install, repair, modify, troubleshoot, load and test new and existing electrical line, circuits, systems, fixtures and controls located in and near installation building and structures.
You will plan and determine the routing, placement, type, size, gauge, balance, load, continuity and safe operation of circuits, systems, equipment and controls.
You will perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems following preventive maintenance guides and trade knowledge.
You will use standard techniques and tools to make repairs entailing similar tasks as directed on less complex electronic equipment.

This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required. This position requires exposure to high noise levels. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
