Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman to help evaluate, set up, and maintain electrical systems in Industrial fields covering the Southeast and predominantly in Georgia. The Foreman will be based out of our Marietta office.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate field electrical activities on jobsite: up to 20 electricians, subcontractors, equipment installation, conduit and wiring, panels, switchgear, etc.
• Monitor field progress vs. schedule; communicate any delays, variances or site issues back to the Project Manager or Superintendent and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce safety protocols, site rules, and compliance with codes and regulations; conduct daily safety inspections and JHA.
• Completes Daily Report and monitors timekeeping on the job.
• Interpret and manage drawings, specs, change directives, site coordination with other trades and the general contractor.
• Coordinate delivery of material, equipment and tools, subcontractor scheduling, labor allocation, equipment usage and site logistics.
• Perform quality inspections, ensure installations meet company standards and code/client/owner requirements.
• Liaise between field crews and Superintendent: provide updates, highlight risks/issues, ensure alignment.
• Mentor field personnel, monitor workforce performance, and assist in workforce development and site productivity improvements.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent: completion of an approved apprenticeship program is preferred.
• 5+ years' experience as an electrician with industrial and controls experience
• 1 year minimum at the leadman level in industrial electrical installation
• Proficiency in interpreting industrial electrical and control drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes (NEC/NFPA), construction methods and equipment
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
• Ability to use various testing and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent leadership, communications, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights
• Strong commitment to safety with OSHA 30 preferred
• Valid Georgia Driver's license and clean driving record
