Experience with power distribution and one or more of: EV charging, DER, BESS, or MV distribution. Ability to work across multiple projects and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. Strong problem-solving and learning mindset; eager to take on increasing responsibility. Preferred: Prior responsibility for creating BOD packages, QA/QC checklists, and commissioning documentation. Exposure to arc-flash documentation workflows and reviewing stamped drawings for code alignment. EIT/FE or PE (not required); familiarity with engineering tools is a plus. Competencies: Clear, concise written and verbal communication; produces clean technical explanations and documentation. Collaboration and interpersonal savvy; comfortable giving/receiving direction and coordinating across teams. Customer-focused judgment with practical, safety-first decision-making. Organized, proactive, and process-oriented; helps establish the foundation for a growing EE team. Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset; ready to “own” the electrical discipline internally over time..
