Reporting to the Fundraising & Communications Officer (FCO), the Donor Engagement Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all activities related to the processing, tracking, recording, and reporting of charitable gifts received by CCSS, as well as data processing and record maintenance. This position works closely with the FCO on all aspects of gift administration, data management, and special projects. The Donor Engagement Specialist will collaborate with members of the Development team to define, develop, and implement core processes that support revenue efforts while ensuring clarity, alignment, and collaboration in a matrixed environment. The DES is responsible for the research, development, writing, and reporting of all development processes and procedures. Overseeing donor prospecting, research and being the point of contact for all in-kind and community fundraising donors is also a major part of the responsibilities. Schedule: M-F 8AM-4PM / occasional weekends and evenings
