• Dog Attendant -Canine Coach
• Front Desk- Pet Parent Coordinator
• Lead Supervisor- Rover
• Leader- Playroom Manager
• Groomer

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with their team in a respectful and professional manner.
• Maintains a positive attitude and demeanor in all aspects of their position including room management and customer service.
• Follows company dress code guidelines for professional and safe standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, POS systems.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1-2 years of work experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Other Requirements:

• Must love dogs.
