Appathon LLC is an Amazon DSP dedicating to providing excellent delivery services out of Amazon Warehouse DBU2 

Location: DBU2at 6834 Kirkville Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057

$ 23 Per Hour - $200 Sign on Bonus to Employees who worked with Amazon DSP and don't require training. The sign on bonus will be paid after completing 4 weeks of at least 4 routes per week at Platinum Status.

Key Duties & Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver

• Drive and operate vans/step vans.
• Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps.
• Pre-inspect vans/step vans.
• Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
• Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times
• No accident and No suspended license in the last 5 years
• Inspects vans/step vans before and after trips and submits report indicating vans/step vans condition .
• Loads or unloads, or assists in loading and unloading vans/step vans.
• Inventories and inspects goods to be moved.

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $22.50per hour (paid weekly) based on experience
• 8-10 hour shifts are typical
• 4-day work week (32-40 hours)is typical
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute   breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30 minute meal break.

Delivery Driver Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a van/step van Delivery Driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc)
• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
• Able to work well alone as a delivery driver
• Focused on customer service
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Highly responsible & reliable delivery driver
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Extensive knowledge of applicable van/step van driving rules and regulations
• No recent moving or driving violations(Clean driving record)
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
• Listening and verbal communication skills
• Dependability·
• Must be  at least 21 years old
• Preferred state driver’s license for at least 4 years
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

• Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment
