No previous experience is required. We provide structured onboarding, guided training, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills and confidence needed for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Assist clients with benefit information and available service options
• Respond to client questions and provide professional support
• Maintain accurate client records and complete follow-up as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Access to a computer or laptop
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
